What you need to know to get involved
I’m a Prison or Probation service who wants to provide opportunities
Prisons & Probation Services

PBH enables people in prison to access paid employment so they can save for their resettlement and pay rent.  Having somewhere to live and job security changes their future and the future of their families.  Teaching people a trade, a purpose, work ethics, giving them skills to leave prison better people, law abiding useful members of society is an amazing thing to do, it gives hope, a sense of a future, and they are producing much needed homes.  As a house builder employing ex-offenders also makes good business sense.  They are highly motivated, have a high level of engagement, good level of attendance and an enthusiasm to learn because they are incredibly appreciative of the opportunity.  You will also be enhancing your social value, providing a competitive edge when it comes to bids, and you will have access to PBH’s pipeline of sites and training programme.

If you are a house builder or prison (PBH also employs people on release) and you are interested in the PBH please make contact using the form below.
