Public and Third Sector Landowners
PBH was designed to make it as easy as possible for local authorities and other public and third sector land-owners to deliver homes.
We focus on small and medium sites, recognising that it often takes just as much time and resource to unlock these as larger sites which is why they are often overlooked.
We therefore provide end-to-end support which can include reviewing and appraising sites, taking them through planning, supporting you with procurement and working with our housebuilders to deliver the sites.
It’s entirely up to the you to decide how the site is developed and how the homes are used whether that is for social housing, affordable housing and homes adapted for vulnerable people.
